I think the sex damaged me?

Okay so I'm in a long distance relationship with my fiancé since he can't move back yet due to his job, when we do meet up obviously we have sex a lot and my body isn't use to not having sex for 4 months than having sex 6 times a day. But anyways we went to a party and I had about 3 drinks and I smoked weed for the first time so I don't even know what I was feeling at that point. Fiancé took me home and we had insane sex. It felt soooo good at the time but the next day I was so sore! My fiancé said we have never had sex that was that rough before and the high and the buzz enabled me to be relaxed enough to do it. Now it's 3 days later and my vagina hurts when I sneeze! I've never been this sore and I'm worried! I went to the clinic today and they said my urine samples came back clean (yay the UTI is gone!) so I assume the blood I have when I pee is because I'm still sore! Guys I've never been this sore from sex before I checked myself and nothing looks torn or abnormal it's just the blood. Should I go back to the doctor?
