HELP! My period is late!!

I got my first period on June 25 and I still haven't gotten it since. What do I do!! ( no, i'm not pregnant I am a virgin ) is there anything that will give my my second period or "induce" it, so that I don't have to keep worrrying about this ( and teas or foods?? ANYTHING?! ) thank you!! 😊😘
