TMI could this be implantation

This is not my actual picture but it's very similar to what I had this morning. Af 4 days late. Had af cramping yesterday a litterally tiny spots of pink when I wiped. Today I had this but only when I wiped. Usually egg white cm. Very sore nipples not boobs, indigestion atm. Cervix very high. Tested Saturday (af due) got bfn. does anyone know if this could be implantation bleeding ? Or is my body just messing with me again ? Please reply thankyou
