Everyday, I get a "kicking" sensation that initially I put down to gas. But it's getting stronger, and multiple times in the exact same spot, but all over my stomach? I would like to think I'm pregnant, but it can't be possible since I have my period right now... Also my vagina is constantly dry and itchy. I will be going to the doctor soon, I  just want to know if anyone has experienced anything similar so I know what to expect?
