who's gotten pregnant off metformin

So I've been taking it for two months now and have finally been getting positive ovulation tests, I have pcos and before taking it I would test everyday every month and never got one positive, the line wouldn't even change color, just stayed super super faint but now I'm getting positives. Would you say it's working and I could get prego? Or that theirs LH in my urine but my eggs still aren't mature enough? Anyone else been through the same and got prego? If so how long were you on the medication? I've also lost 24lbs so hopefully this helps too with my pcos
