Has anybody baby started smiling yet?

My son is 1 month and the only time I see him smile is when he is sleep. I can't wait to be able to talk to him and he smile and giggle. So far all I get is a serious face and silence lol ( aka the face in the picture). I'm going to keep talking to him until he smiles lol.

My son didn't start smiling until he was at least 3 months old. But now he smiles all the time! (:

My sons 4 weeks old - he's always smiled in his sleep but he's starting to smile while awake when you're talking to him no as well.😊

I didn't realize how strange is was for my girl to be smiling already. She smiles awake and sleeping and has been since week one! She is three weeks now and started smiling when I talk to her or play with her and make silly noises. She is a big baby, so Idk if that makes a difference! She was 10lb 9oz at birth. Lol 
This was two weeks ago. ☺️

You could try a few things to get him to smile. Make big, exaggerated smiley faces at him and make sure he's close enough to really see your expressions. Baby's don't have great vision yet so you have to exaggerate everything. Also, you can try tickling the bottom lip. That always makes my little guy grin. But, he really only started smiling around 6 weeks. Same with my daughter. So don't be discouraged :) :)

Your baby boy is so cute.....mine is 7 weeks and started smiling to our voices and faces about a week ago..now that's all he does!!! Your little guy should start soon :)

Haha what a cute face! 😍 I think my daughter was about 6ish weeks old or a little longer until her first smile....but watch out....it melts your ♥️♥️
