Restless leg syndrome???

I'll be 28 weeks on Saturday and I sleep pretty good but this past week my legs have been so achey :( am I alone in this? Does it have to do with the baby?

Ugh, I have it too some nights. It drives me insane. I have to take my pj pants off and sometime walk around because it's gets too intense.

Ah I have it too it's so uncomfortable. I'm heading on an 8 hour flight next week and I'm dreading it. I find soaking my feet or wrapping them in a damp cold towel really helps.

I'm right there with you, it drives me crazy! Some nights it's calm but others I feel like going stir crazy. I take magnesium supplements to relieve symptoms.

Same! Had it before baby but not near as bad.. some nights I'm near crying coz it's so frustrating.

Iv tried all sorts of remedies.. banana a day, magnesium supplements, a little exercise before bed, bar of soap under my bedsheet 😳😂 but what works for me (unless it's a crazy bad case) is getting up to the loo then getting a drink of water.. of course this makes me need to pee more and is a viscous cycle but if it gives me even a few hours relief at a time then I'll do it!
