Relieve engorgement?

My left breast is engorged no matter how much I pump and my baby won't latch on. It's also making less than the right one. How can I make it better?

Warm water helps a lot. Try a shower tho not a bath cuz the bath won't message it as well. :) good luck

You can apply a hot/warm compress and massage your breast, and see if you can hand express if you're not trying to dry your milk up I wouldn't advise cabbage leaves.
