Cervical pain

TTC and had sex Monday night which was peak and all night Tuesday I was having such bad abdominal pain I couldn't sleep along with a nauseated feeling. Today when went to check cervix it caused extreme pain like I felt all night could this be a good sign the sperm took or should I be concerned
