PLEASE GIVE ADVICE

I've been feeling unwell today and it's got progressively worse. High temp (38) body aches, dizziness and just feeling generally rubbish. Just been to see an out of hours doctor and he said there's a high chance it's the beginning of a miscarriage as these are all signs. This is my third pregnancy as I miscarried my past two so now I'm super upset and worried. Has this happened to anyone else and you've lost the baby? Any words of experience would be amazing right now. I'm praying so hard
