I staid up from 8 pm til 4 am cleaning which involved bending, walking, lifting, ect. Went into labor 2 hours after I sat down...lol I was supposed to be 2 weeks later instead she came on her due date lol

The nurse was giving suggestion to the other woman I was with and she said said- intercourse and let the semen stay in for a while because the semen will soften your cervix. She also said to start pumping if you have a pump because that releases natural pitocin when you get the colostrum coming and if you don't have a pump do nipple stimulation. She did mention not to over stimulate! She said that was bad to do so she said roll them for 30 seconds rest for 2 minutes and then do it again. Good luck!!
