All Day Sickness?!?

I'm 5 weeks 4 days today. I've been nervous about morning sickness and I think it's here. Idk if it's too early for it or not, but I have felt nauseous off and on all day. It's horrible!!! Anyone experience something similar? And any advice? I ate some grapes and crackers and that seemed to help.

With my first baby I found that always keeping something in my stomach helped. Usually morning sickness stems from an empty stomach. Also for some reason sniffing vapo rub helped me, also popsickles, oyster crackers, sprite, and if all else fails, try the medication Diclegis. It's a life saver

I'm about the same and am nauseous from when I first get up until after lunch. I find having a hot drink when I get to work helps because it's something in my stomach but not heavy. And someone told me to have a cracker before your feet hit the floor. I haven't tried that yet though because I keep forgetting to buy crackers.
