Ovulation

What are your common symptoms of ovulation? I am cd 21 and my boobs hurt and are heavy. I literally couldn't sleep on my side last night because of how sore and heavy they felt. Plus I'm having slight cramping and sometimes cramps on my left side. I have pcos so its a struggle to know when im ovulating, plus ovulation strips dont work for pcos ladies.
