Swollen genitals

Since today I am very swollen down there. I have already been experiencing hemorrhoids for a few weeks, but they weren't as bothersome. Now it is definitely very swollen and so are my perineum and labia. I feel pressure from the inside as if my uterus is about to fall out soon. I just wet a maxi pad and put it in the freezer, but feels a little intense. Any other tips???
