trying to remain calm

So my husband and I are TTC and I have had all kinds of symptoms like being sick almost every morning I'm constantly on fire lower back pain and some pink spotting but when I take a pregnancy test it's always negative and AF is coming soon and I made a pre conception appointment today but I am hoping that I will find out if I have a little one coming. And while all this is going on I am trying to remain calm and positive but it kills me when he test is negative
