Birth control after birth

Ladies im in need of some advise about birth control after bubs birth, this will be my second baby. Before pregnancy i was on the pill leven ED which gave me horrible depression so since then I'm a bit iffy about any brand of pill. I did try the mini pill after my first but i feared it wasn't strong enough protection (I'm not planning on breast feeding for long as my milk dries up quickly)

This is our last baby as we are very happy with just 2 kidlets, i do want my tubes tied but i doubt any doctor would preform this procedure on a 21 year old- although i will still be asking my midwife about this.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a birth control that can be used long term, if i cannot get tied i need something that will work and just using condoms is risky.
