should I be concerned?

Question

So I'm nearly 3 weeks post birth and my bleeding has lightened up heaps and it's now the brown colour the doctor said it would be which is normal
But the past few days I've noticed sometimes when I wipe I have bright red bleeding
It's not enough to soak a pad and most of the time it doesn't even get on one, it's mostly just when I wipe and it's not even every time I toilet, it's maybe once or twice a day
My question is, is this normal? I haven't been doing too much exercise wise, apart from general housework and the groceries every now and then so I don't think I'm over doing myself but the fact it's bright red is bothering me
I also had 3 stitches but they don't hurt at all and I've had them checked and they were perfectly fine so I don't think it's them
Anyone else dealt with this and have any answers? Please respond!

That seems normal I did it off & on for weeksz. Now I'm at 6 weeks postpartum & I have no bleeding at all.  Hope this helps :)

I had a c section and have random bright red blood but I think it's because I'm breastfeeding

That happened to me. I noticed the bright red typically happened if I was doing heavy lifting and a lot of cleaning. Take it easy! I learned that the hard way.

It's completely normal. I experienced this for 5 weeks and went to my doctor and everything was fine. It stopped for a couple days then my period started 🙄

Your bleeding will be on and off. I'm 4 weeks and it's still here but super super light

It happened to me too. I had started working out again after my bleeding seemed to be done, but a week after exercising the bleeding started again-also bright red. I asked my doctor, she said it's normal for there to be bleeding in the six weeks PP, and any colour during that time. She said to slow down a bit when it went back to bright red and it would also slow down.
