induction!!
I am 38.5 weeks pregnant and came to the hospital to get induced for high BP and protein. My OB told me I was at a 1 and would get thinned out at the hospital...and that should take 12 hours or so and then they'd start pitocin the next morning. I got to the hospital and I guessed my cervix is super soft and I'm at a 1-2 so they are starting pitocin right away! I am SO nervous. I am extremely scared about the pain that is to come. I am open-minded to the epidural but I fear I won't be able to stay still for the needle. So I'm really worried about that. Any tips and tricks to help get through pain and how to sit completely still during the epi if it's needed? Thank you! 💓💓💓
