Do i have to remove my polish for my delivery?

If you think my question is dumb, you should know i am an ftm who has a friend who always has sth to say... i appreaciate advices but sometimes she warns me stuff out superstition or thousands of internet readings without foundation. She warned me not to drive anymore ( hello! How am i supposed to work), she warned me no to drink cold water (what???) and also not sit down with my legs open ( how else do you sit down pregnant... cuz i dont know anyway)... so if you had a pretty manicure you were not asked to remove for delivery... let me know.
