PLEASE HELP!!!

(16-11-16) hi, need everyone's opinion..I've had severe stomach pains/cramps since 8am this morning (eases with paracetamol) then around 10:30am I had a bleed with clots the bleed wasn't massive but it wasn't small. I went straight to my local EPAU and they didn't examine me or scan me as id stopped bleeding. They found baby's heart beat but that was it, I'm still really worried. I've got Rhesus negative blood and had an anti D injection but they sent me on my way. I asked numerous times to be checked but they said there's no need to?! What does everyone think about this? I'm 17 weeks x
