Every 5-7 ish minutes I get the worst pains I have ever felt in my lower abdomen and my back for about 30-40 seconds. My hospital is about an hour away. My due date is tomorrow. Is baby coming today?

I would say things are looking that way. But I'd hate for you to drive an hour to the hospital to get sent home. I'd call the hospital first get their opinion and go from there.

Sounds like labour :) I would call delivery and see what they say... but they will probably want you to go in pretty soon if you're an hour away! Good luck!! I'm only 23 weeks tomorrow and I can't wait for the day I give birth to my third baby :D

Might be it. Use an app to time them. Most hospitals would say you go in when they are 5 minutes from start of a contraction to start of the next one. 1 minute in duration for at least 60 minutes. In your case, due to the distance, I may call the hospital at 30 minutes and see what they say. Make sure you have all the last minute things packed and good luck.
