Ladies with PCOS

Ok ladies. At any point in having PCOS, have you noticed symptoms getting worse? My cycles used to average around 26 days but could be anywhere from 22-28 days. However, this month, I'm on day 31. Can the symptoms get worse? The last thing I need is even more unpredictability in these dang periodswhen TTC!😩
