redness in breast in pregnancy

Need advice I am 25 week pregnant and having redness in both the breast consult with my gyn and she gave me 7 days antibiotics but still it's not gone so she sent me to the cancer specialist dr and she checked both the breast and did ultrasound and everything is fine in the result so she gave me 7 days more antibiotics and still redness is there now she is saying about to do biopsy I am confused is it pregnancy hormones symptoms or ant infection is any one having same issue... pls send your response...
