I need advice 😩😩😩
So I'm currently 34 weeks and 5 days. I am high risk due to Lupus and I will be induced at 37 weeks anyway. I am currently 3cm dilated and having contractions every 5 minutes for about a week, but I'm not dialating so they won't keep me. I am absolutely MISERBLE and so beyond exhausted. I feel like I wouldn't even be able to deliver her at this point because I'll have no energy to push.
I know there are no known ways of speeding up dilation, but any tips or tricks that worked for you ladies? If I get to 4cm he'll admit me because that's considered active labor.Â
She is 100% healthy, over 6 pounds and her lungs are fully developed so he said she would be fine if she was born now.Â
My doctor won't do anything to stop the contractions, but won't help them along either so I'm stuck to suffer in silence. This is my third baby and I've never been so miserable. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜©ðŸ˜ðŸ˜©
