what the???

I've been waiting for my doctor to call me about my blood work and they haven't so I thought that was a good sign. Then I just had a missed call from the office 5 minutes ago I called two minutes after I missed it but their closed? I have no voicemail or anything? Now it's making me anxious because what if they called to tell me my levels are low. What should I do?
