Thanksgiving with non-vegan family

Hey beautiful souls! So this will be my FIRST thanksgiving as a vegan. But none of my family supports or agrees with veganism, and all of them love to make wise cracks and absolutely ridiculous and ignorant remarks. Like I told my mom that I would make some dishes for Thanksgiving and in front of my whole family, she says, "Fine you can do that, but it doesn't mean we're going to eat any of it" and started laughing with everyone else. With that stupid preconceived idea that vegan food is disgusting 🙄 SO. I need some BOMB Vegan Thanksgiving dishes I can whip up to shut everyone up. Help?!
