rare white discharge

Hey, so I had my first time 11-10days ago, 3 days after, I entered my FW, so when that was over like a day ago I started to have this white discharge but a lot (I've always had a little but not like this) is really white almost like milk (the consistency is not liquid, is like cloudy) and I don't know what it is, help please! (Also is not itchy, but If i touch my vagina then is itchy, but only if I do this)
