in laws being overly protective!

However since then, his mum has been hounding me with phone calls asking how I am, what I have been doing in the day, she has told me I should stop doing this and doing that, and she's fussing over me when I'm at their house telling other family members to move etc and the dog to stay away so that I can sit down. I am literally 4w4d gone and whilst I understand that she is excited, I don't know how much longer I can continue to feel like I'm under surveillance! I'm not used to being fussed over, my parents are there for me but leave me to it, which I appreciate!! 

Any advice on how to cope with overly protective in laws!!??
