Not sure where to post this but..

I had gotten an order of protection against my husbands ex back in May but it didn't become final until October due to her never showing up for court. Basically she followed us around everywhere we went, threatened to kill the parasite living inside me (don't have proof because she said it in person to myself and husband), went on Facebook telling people she doesn't know that I have daddy issues, will be a terrible mother, she hopes I like the way her a** and p**** taste and how if i know whats good for me I'll never say anything to her face. I've literally only spoken to the girl twice! Well in October she said in court that she had no objections to the safety order because she never wants to be around me or have anything to do with me. Good right? Nope now she's trying to appeal it saying she has never been and will never be a threat to me, that she doesn't want to bother me. Well on the paperwork it says she had 20 days to appeal it and she filed the appeal a month after it was already finalized. The only thing the court house can tell me is that it's up to a judge to accept or deny her appeal. I've never dealt with courts so I don't know how these things work. If it's already past the deadline for her to appeal will they grant her a court date? Also I have a letter from my OB-GYN saying it's in my best interest along with my unborn child's that she not be aloud anywhere near me, if it goes back to court, will the judge have to take into account my doctors wishes?

Should have added when it was granted that it is in effect until October of 2017
