Starting to get worried

Okay, so a few days ago my bladder area and right ovarey area started to hurt. Than around tuesday it starter to kind of burn when I went to the bathroom. Wensday it turned into a sharp pain when I stopped urinating and when I wiped there was light spotting. Thursday the pain got worse and the spotting was still there. Today the pain is still about the same but even when I am not urinating it still hurts and the blood is now dripping out when I am done urinating. I am not sure if this is a UTI or not but I am terrified. I still have about 2 weeks until my next period and my boyfriend fingered me Sunday if that plays any role.
