CPS/divorce? help!

Question

I live at home with my parents and they smoke in the house with my 2 month old baby being in the next room. Not only that but the house is filled with 3 dogs which entails to dog fur, piss and shit everywhere and I'm the ONLY one to clean it up and it gets dirty every single day so I just get tired of it. If CPS is called, will they take my baby away?

Also, my ex boyfriend and his mother want me to move in with them for a safer environment for me and my baby, would this affect my divorce if caught? I can't live like this and make my baby do the same.

No they at worst wld set up a plan for house to b brought up to code. Or ask if u guys can go elsewhere til it is.. that's only if it's horrible conditions. 
No living w boyfriend won't cost U custody. Depending on ur state, most states lean towards mom for custody or at worst, joint for the better of child.. unless ur deemed unfit they can't take ur child. Even if homeless or jobless.

Take pictures and document the conditions that your parents home is in and have your ex-husband's mom sign something that she won't bring it to court as a negative thing and you should be set. If they're that willing to help you out they should be willing to make it not look bad on you to move you in there. At the end of the day your babies health is worth going to have to come first.And it might be time to start looking for a job that can support you and your baby so you can get your own place. That way depending on other people won't be as important
