formula and breastfeeding

Hi, I'm interested in some information if I can pick your brains. I intend on breastfeeding and hopefully this goes well but if not, I'm wanting to find out about natural formulas. I've noticed that most formula contains fluoride. I know some folk think this is positive thing but I understand it to be something I would like to avoid giving to my newborn. Has anyone any alternative choices that they can share?
