I just turned 28 weeks so we elected for a 3D ultrasound at an elective boutique type place. Unfortunately about halfway through the appointment the tech noticed a "fluid pocket" on baby's brain. She said while it is normal to have some fluid at this point, the amount of fluid and placement worried her so she called my OB. On a Friday afternoon I was unable to get into his office immediately, so I have to wait over the weekend and I will be seen on Monday for an ultrasound in his office and consultation on what it could mean. Has anyone seen this or had it happen to them at this point in the game? This is my third child and the only one to have any type of scare or worry at all so I am very nervous about this, probably more than I should be. Any advice?
