Am I crazy or can I feel it?

Question

So me and my SO had unprotected sex on the 13th (during my fertile window, and I ovulated the next day) that day and everyday since I've had minor cramps, nothing bad but uncomfortable.
The last few days I've had pretty bad gas, but today it's been gas and more bathroom usage.
Now I'm laying in bed in the same spot/position I sleep in every single night, and it's like I can feel something. Not gas bubbles, but like where baby would be.
Is it crazy to think I could be pregnant already? I don't start my period for over a week so I don't think it's my period coming. (I'm very regular)
My SO is a twin, and it runs in his family, if I am pregnant and they're twins would that be enough for me to feel stuff this soon?
I know that usually you don't know you're pregnant until at least 6 weeks (symptom wise)
And I feel like I should mention that we hadn't had sex in over 2 months due to distance issues so I know I wouldn't already be pregnant and just further along.

I just wanna know if you think I'd be able to tell this soon? Thanks in advance!!

Even if you somehow were pregnant, there is no way you would be able to feel the baby. Those gas bubbles really are just gas bubbles. All you can do is wait until you miss a period then test.

If your pregnant you definitely wouldn't be feeling anything yet . Babies don't start moving around till 9 weeks and you wouldn't be able to feel it till around 18 weeks

I think you may be reading a little too far into the little pains and bubbles you're feeling hun. A week after ovulation, if you conceived, your baby most likely wouldn't have even implanted it, which means it'd be impossible for what you think might be symptoms to be pregnancy related. And there's also no way the bubbles you're feeling are actually a baby. At 3 weeks pregnant your baby is only a couple of cells, and won't have arms or legs to kick and give you a bubble kind of sensation for several more weeks to come.

Try to relax and wait another week or so and test if your period is late. Good luck!

The gas is probably really gas, but I actually felt implantation. My OB confirmed it as well. It was a sharp little pain on my right side and it lasted a few hours and was gone. It depends how in tune with your body you really are. And the baby isn't even a baby at this point! Just a bunch of cells!

Way way WAY to early for that.  The "baby ", at this point not even a grain of salt would be somewhere half way down ur pubic hair..
U can't feel the baby.. there's no baby yet..egg is barely fertilized IF it's fertilized that is..

I knew i was pregnant with my first 4-5dpo... I felt different. 13dpo i had very solid two lines (didn't test before that day just in case). So i think, as everyone's different, you may feel yourself already being pregnant, but i would wait until period is due just to be sure, don't stress in meantime.

There is a hormone called progesterone that increases during pregnancy and is prominent in the first trimester. It serves a lot of functions but one of the most noticeable is it slowing down all of the gastrointestinal processes creating a lot of discomfort. If you are pregnant you could be feeling your discomforts because of an increase in this hormone. Until you can test try to relax and do your best not to obsess. Good luck to you.

If you're pregnant the baby is soooooooo small that u can't even feel it. I'm 10 weeks and still don't even feel pregnant minus the morning sickness

You won't be able to feel a bunch of cells.. they're tiny! You may feel implantation but it sounds like you're just experiencing gas
