People conceiving the 1st month?

Am I the only one who is hurt when I see people posting they are finally pregnant and got pregnant the first month? Idk. I try to move on to a different post and put it out of my mind and not feel negative for them but happy instead. It's hard. Very hard. I just want to be like, "Congrats but we all didn't need to know it only took you one month to conceive unless someone asked wanting to know how long." Not, "I'm pregnant and I only tried for one month!!" Ugh. Here's to being nice and trying to stay positive for others.
