Weird acne??

I've never been acne-prone  in my life, but all of a sudden I'm breaking out like crazy! I'm got pimples all over my T-zone, on my temples, and on my chin.  What the hell is going on?

Pms, stress, pregnancy, food allergies, new make up, new face wash... Many different things could cause it.
