Over-producing in one breast...

Anyone else getting super engorged in one breast?  I can hardly go 3 hours without feeling like my left breast is going to explode, while my right is totally fine!  My LO seems to get enough on each breast without having to give her both in one feeding.  Any advice on how to make my left one go back to supplying the right amount?  It's truly painful every few hours!
