discussing fertility treatments

For anyone who has gone through fertility treatments, when you announced and were able to talk about your pregnancy, did you bring up that you had needed help? We are on our first cycle with letrozole and I am just curious as to other people's experiences. I personally only know one other mom who went through fertility treatment.
