Extreme fussiness and cranky

My baby girl is very fussy from past two days she want's me to hold her all day and night, won't even sleep with her Dad. If I don't hold her she sleeps for only 10 mins. This

pattern started after she started making bubbles she is only 7.5 weeks old so i know she is not teething and she is Ebf also not eating like before. Here is the pic of her making bubbles. Is your baby going through this mighy bevgrowth spurt but have never happened like this before.
