What's it mean when the doctor says you have bleeding in the sac? Does it mean I'm gonna have a miscarriage? Im also only 7 weeks

I had a bleed around the sac, doc said it was probably left over from implantation, it went away by my next ultrasound @ 11w5d, I'm 28w3d now & no further bleeding issues, I would definitely call your doctors office & ask them to clarify what they mean by bleeding "in" the sac. I'll pray that your little bean is ok, sorry they weren't more clear & scared u!
