Did anyone find this extremely painful??
My midwives just attempted, one (40+1) and I couldn't handle it, I actually almost got sick. Had to ask her to stop. I know my pain tolerance isn't great, but if I can't handle that how am I actually going to get through birth. Can you pre-order an epidural? Haha 🙈
