Backed Up & Bloated
I am 8 days post delivery and had a csection. I cannot believe how swollen I am. I gained at least 30lbs after my surgery. I haven't pooed in 8 days. Everyone keeps saying this is normal but sheesh is it uncomfortable!! Any tips?
