Sorry TMI!!

So I'm almost 16 weeks pregnant and I haven't thrown up since week 9. I have a cold and I'm not sure whether I threw up because I'm feeling sick or just nausea. Anyways I threw up pretty hard just liquid and every time I threw up and my stomach squeezed I think I peed myself. But it didn't smell like pee and I'm worried about amniotic fluid leak. Could that be possible ? Or is it just pee from my bladder. It didn't seem like I had to pee...
