Help!?

Hi, I'm 18 years old and came off the implant just over 5 weeks ago. I only had it in for a year and have been ttc since the removal. Lately I have been having nausea, tender and leaking boobs, period pains with no period, bad mood swings and headaches... Please someone help? Could I be pregnant or am I just getting my hopes up for a period??
