green watery smelly poop. no pic.
My babe is 6 weeks old. I've already cut dairy due to mucus in her stools. She's never had green poop until today n it was very watery n smelly. I wouldn't think overactive letdown/ hindmilk imbalance would just now show up. No fever. Any ideas? She has issues w gas as well. It's green. Very watery. Comes out the sides of the diaper n smelly
