When is your most difficult time of day?

What time of day is most difficult for you, emotionally?

How do you cope?

For me it is when the sun goes down. I think it is because in the hospital the evenings were the most difficult. Lillie didn't feed well those first few nights, plus help isn't as readily available. 
I've been distracting myself with tv from 5pm until my husband and I go to bed. 
Evening showers tend to turn me into a cry-fest.

I am hoping that the evenings are better once I'm healed.

MY bedtime. I'll be so tired and ready for bed then realize I had to pump before and then have a conniption fit. I just want to sleep!

Evenings are the hardest - I think it may have to do with hormone fluctuation over the course of the day. When I was pregnant, if I felt sad or anxious it was always at night too. I am so sorry that you're feeling bad. Be sure to talk with your husband about it - or someone else you trust - and know that you're not alone. I cried for 5 minutes at Thanksgiving dinner for no real reason! It will get better. Good luck, momma.
