all day I've had a sore uterus, and achy. this is my first pregnancy, so I worry about everything. I've been having burning aching on my right low abdomen near where I thought my appendix would be, so I've been worrying it could be my appendix. or just stretching, but it's been sore and achy all day just really achy in that one spot and I'm not sure what it could be 😕
