acrylics and 🐱🐱 probs??

I have always had acrylic nails but I haven't really fingered myself before because I felt discomfort until I learned my body. But within the past month and half I have had a yeast & bacterial infection at the same time. I went to the doctors and got medication and waited for it to be gone and as soon as I started again I got another bacterial infection. Could it be my acrylic nails causing this? Also can my acrylics do any damage to the inside? I sometimes be having blood after I finger myself and I don't think that's normal.
