12 weeks, bleeding hemroide? tmi post 😕

I'm 12 weeks and these past few days I had been badly constipated, I honestly didn't pay attention until Wednesday when I needed to go but was in so much pain I couldn't. Called my doctor and they informed me to take Senakot, it helped...but I am experiencing bleeding rectaly... I'm in no pain and there is only blood when I use the bathroom I tried calling my dr but their answering service is not picking up. Is this cause for concern for my baby? My husband wants to take me to the hospital, over reacting or am I an idiot for not being there already...
