ladies I had a light spotting for 3 or 4 days then the spotting stopped. I had sex with my husband without a condom two days ago and then last night started having some more normal like dark red period bleeding. today I'm having some very painful cramps and the bleeding is even more heavy. did I just start my period then, what was with the spotting, could I be pregnant? Please I need some help!
